Returns and refunds
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Product-specific return eligibility

Print books: Eligible for return within 30 days if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Bookmarks and paper goods: Eligible for return if unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Handmade felted items: Due to their handmade and one-of-a-kind nature, felted items are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for a refund
To help us accept a return, items need to be unused and in the same condition they arrived in, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt.

Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for a refund: items returned more than 30 days after purchase; items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error; handmade felted items, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return shipping
For U.S. orders, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label when a return is approved.

For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return process

Request a return: To start a return, simply email us at support@kathiburg.com within the return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief note about the reason for your return.

Return authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted

Mail your return: Please package your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service, so it arrives safely. While items are on their way back to us, we’re unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund process
Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll email you with an update on your refund. If everything is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–14 business days. If it hasn’t appeared after that time, your bank or credit card provider may be able to share more details.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right.
